Where is the source of Ming Yan's bird's nest?

Our bird’s nest are harvested directly from our own swiftlet houses in Sarawak, Malaysia and hand-cleaned in our processing facility, ensuring the highest quality and traceability.

Who is suitable to consume bird's nest?

Bird's nest is safe for people of all ages to consume, except for those allergic to protein. However, if you have any concerns, it’s always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional.

We maintain total control over the entire process, from harvesting, processing to cooking. Our meticulous hand-cleaning process ensures that our bird’s nest is free from additives, preserving its natural goodness.

Is bird’s nest safe for pregnant women?

Bird's nest is generally considered safe for consumption during pregnancy, provided it is sourced from reputable suppliers and prepared hygienically to minimize the risk of contaminants. We recommend consuming bird’s nest after the first trimester when the foetus has stabilised.

How long can i keep the bird's nest?

Our freshly stewed bird's nests are prepared on the day of delivery without preservatives or stabilisers. Please refrigerate upon receipt and consume within 14 days.

Shipping Policy

What is your delivery process like?

We offer swift, door-to-door delivery of our freshly stewed bird’s nest, prepared in the morning and packed for same-day delivery in the afternoon. Order before 11 AM for next-day delivery, subject to availability.

Our deliveries are made daily across Singapore between 2 PM and 7 PM. For specific delivery requests, please reach out to us via Whatsapp.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer complimentary delivery for orders above $100. For orders below $100, a flat delivery fee of $10 applies per location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping for dry bird's nests to select countries, including Mainland China. Please reach out to us via Whatsapp for inquiries and shipping rates.

Orders and Cancellations, and Returns

How can I track my order status?
  • Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation within minutes of placing your order online.
  • Please ensure that the email provided is valid.
  • If you have not received your confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing the order, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, please reach out to our customer support via Whatsapp.
Can I add a personalised message to my order?
  • Yes, you can include your message under the order notes on the "view cart" page. It will be transferred onto a personalised message card provided free of charge.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

We allow cancellation or modifications to an order within 3 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

Can I return or refund my order?

No, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Can I make a purchase without signing up for an account?

Yes you can. While you can make a guest purchase, we encourage you to create an account to enjoy the benefits of our Ming Yan rewards program and faster check out for your next purchase.
